Learn how to take the bicycle wheel off, fix the flat and put the wheel back on.
Step 1 Open up your brake caliper so the tire can fit past it.
Step 2 Change to the highest gear so the derailleur is as far away from the wheel as possible
Step 3 Release the quick release and remove the chain from the sprocket.
Step 4 Remove the retaining nut from the tire valve. Make sure all the air is out. Then use the tire lever to pry one side of the tire off the rim. Work your way all around the outside of the rim until the tire is completely off the rim on one side.
Step 5 Pull the tube valve out from the rim and remove the tube. Before you put another tube in you must check to determine what caused the flat. Be very thorough and run your hand around the inside of the tire feeling for anything that might have caused the flat.
Step 6 Put a little bit of air in the new tube and insert the valve in through the rim. Now work the tube around inside the tire.
Step 7 Use your hand to roll the tire back on the rim. Once you get it as far as you can use the tire lever to finish the job.
Step 8 Put the retaining nut back on the valve and pump the tire up. Ask the bicycle doctor about a portable compact CO2 accessory that can be used to pump up your tire when you have to fix a flat on the go.
Step 9 Line up the wheel in the frame and put the chain back on the same sprocket that it was removed from, Set it back the wheel slots, tighten down the quick release, close the brake caliper back into position and spin the wheel to make sure it’s centered. Now your back on the road again

How To Get Best Seat Height Adjustment For Your Bicycle
Setting the best seat height will improve your comfort and performance while reducing fatigue. To do it the Bicycle Doctor recommends the Holmes Method. Although it’s a bit technical, it’s the best way to establish the ideal seat heat.
What is the Holmes Method? The Holmes method is based on setting your seat height with a knee angle of 145 to 155 degrees.
A simple protractor and two plastic rulers is all you need to see if you have the best seat height setting.
If the height of your seat has been wrong for awhile then setting the correct height may not feel comfortable at first. It can take a couple of weeks for your body to adjust to the new setting. Once you adapt your performance will go up and your fatigue will go down.
Give it a try. I’m sure you’ll agree.
